Nobody said no
An intimate dinner for eleven founders and CEOs with Europe on the table, and the one story nobody advertises.
Europe is somewhere in your thinking, and perhaps not in the plan yet. A customer keeps asking. A partner is waiting.
A regulation, a supply chain, a number in the board deck that only works if the crossing happens.
And almost everything you can read about that crossing is written by someone selling it to you. The big firms advertise the market. The programmes promise the introductions. The panels explain the opportunity, with a logo behind them, in a room with ninety chairs in it.
Here is what none of them will tell you.
The first meetings in Europe go well. They almost always go well. Warm room, good questions, someone asks for the deck, someone says they will come back to you once they have spoken internally.
Then nothing. Nobody says no. Nobody says anything.
You have spent years learning to read a room. You know what a pause means. You know the difference between a yes that is a yes and a yes that is a door closing politely. It is the most reliable instrument you own, and in Europe it gave you the right reading.
The yes was real. The person meant it.
They were also not the decision.
Behind them sat a procurement cycle, a legal review, a data question nobody raised in the meeting, a distributor already under contract, and a company that closes for most of August. None of it was hidden from you. It was simply never shown, because everyone in that room assumed you already knew how it works.
That is the part no panel covers, and the part that costs a year.
Vivencia Moments exists for that. One evening. Eleven founders and me, twelve at the table. A private room where the conversation is chosen as carefully as the food. The evening runs in English. Nobody pitches. Nobody performs. No two direct competitors at the table, because that is the only way anyone says the true thing. And nothing said at this table leaves it.

Soon to be announced

I am not a consultant who studies Asia and Europe. I have worked on both sides of it for twenty years, from Amsterdam to Singapore to Madrid to Tokyo, and been at home in all of it. Vivencia is the Spanish word for lived experience, and that is the whole point.
For twenty years I was in the room where transformation got designed. And I watched it fall apart in the corridor.
The credentials are there if you want them. Fifty plus international keynotes at Seamless, eTail and E-commerce Expo Asia. Hands-on years in retail, e-commerce, logistics, financial services and hospitality. But that is not why I am hosting this. I have spent my life in the gap between two worlds, and I would rather spend an evening in it with you than explain it to you from a stage.
I speak for two minutes at the start. Not a talk. Just me, sitting down, telling you about a yes I believed, and how long it took me to work out where the decision actually sat. So that whoever speaks next can say theirs out loud.
6:30 PM
Arrive and connect
Welcome drinks in a private room. No name tags, no elevator pitches. You will be introduced personally to the people you should know, and told exactly why. Half the evening happens here.
7:30 PM
Dinner, then depth
Facilitated rounds on what actually matters. Not the market. Who really decides in the country you are entering, how long their machinery takes, and what your board still misunderstands.
7:05 PM
One story, no deck
Two minutes from me. Then one founder who has already crossed, telling you what it really cost. Not a keynote, not a stage. One story, honestly told, opens a table. Three would close it.
9:00 PM
What happens after
You leave with more than business cards. Within 48 hours I connect you personally with the people who matter most, based on what was said at the table. Relationships that carry on after.
Tuesday 8 September 2026.
Dinner event starts at 6:30 PM.

Why we do this
A free dinner from a foreign firm usually has something attached to it. Here is what is attached to this one.
Vivencia Moments exists because after fifty-odd keynotes, Loek noticed the useful conversation never happened on the stage. It happened afterwards, standing up, with the three people who stayed behind. So we stopped booking stages and started booking tables.
We make our living helping Asian companies build their own teams and their own relationships in Europe, rather than renting someone else's. One or two people at this table may want that one day. Most will not, and the evening is worth doing either way.
Which leaves one promise, and it is mine to make rather than the company's.
Nobody sells anything on the night, least of all me. Nobody gets a call the next morning. The only follow-up you receive is the introduction I promised you within 48 hours. If you ever want to talk about working together, you raise it, and I will be glad you did.
Loek

Is this your table?
You are the founder or the CEO. The person who can say yes to Europe, not the person who has to ask
You are three to five years in. Healthy, growing, hiring. Somewhere around 15 to 100 people
Europe is on your mind, whether or not it is on the plan. Something is pulling. A customer, a partner, a regulation, a deadline that is not yours
Whether you have taken the first meetings or not yet booked the flight, your next stage needs you to own European relationships yourself, with your own people on the ground
You would rather hear what it really costs than what it promises
You want European customers buying from Seoul. Worth doing, and not what this table is about
You want a market briefing. Those are free, and there are many
You are looking for a place to pitch
You would rather the evening stayed on the surface
Your seat
There is nothing to pay and nothing to buy. Eleven seats, built one person at a time, and no two direct competitors at the same table. If you are reading this, someone has already decided you belong in the room.
Tell us who you are and we will confirm your seat personally.
